MAIN ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY CONSITA
Management of wages and contributions:
- Calculation of employee salaries.
- Management of social security and welfare contributions (such as INPS and INAIL).
- Issuance of pay slips.
- Preparation and submission of the F24 form for the payment of taxes and contributions.
Regulatory and tax compliance:
- Support for the drafting and management of employment contracts (fixed-term, permanent, part-time, apprenticeship, etc.).
- Advice on the interpretation and application of employment law regulations (e.g. collective agreements, legislative changes).
- Assistance in managing dismissal, resignation, retirement or redundancy fund practices.
